High Protein Pancakes

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly. Drop by tablespoons onto a hot, greased frying pan or griddle. Serves 3-4

protein pancakes:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
4-5 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla
