Heathers Mini Healthy Apple Pies

  • 5 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples (about 5 apples)
  • Cinnamon
  • Stevia
  • Olive oil spray
  • Honey or Agave


  • Egg Roll Wraps


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray pan and wonton wraps with olive oil spray
  3. Sprinkle wrap with stevia and cinnamon
  4. Place a cut up apples in Egg roll wraps sprinkle with more cinnamon as desired.. Did you know Cinnamon is a natural metabolism booster!
  5. Wrap the Egg roll wrappers as desired.. These wraps have 0 fat! Yes!
  6. Drizzle with Honey or Stevia
  7. Bake 350 for 25 minutes

You will love them taste just like good old fashion Apple Pie... Enjoy!
