Heathers Mini Healthy Apple Pies

- 5 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples (about 5 apples)
- Olive oil spray
- Honey or Agave
- Egg Roll Wraps
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray pan and wonton wraps with olive oil spray
- Sprinkle wrap with stevia and cinnamon
- Place a cut up apples in Egg roll wraps sprinkle with more cinnamon as desired.. Did you know Cinnamon is a natural metabolism booster!
- Wrap the Egg roll wrappers as desired.. These wraps have 0 fat! Yes!
- Drizzle with Honey or Stevia
- Bake 350 for 25 minutes
