Heather Hirmer making her famous protein balls.This is a awesome recipe I have been using it is super easy and a quick way to get your daily protein.

Protein balls ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup of honey
2 scoops of pro 7 protein powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 cups of special k or high fiber cereal

Protein ball directions

Mix peanut butter, vanilla and honey together microwave 1 minute stir, add the 4 cups of cereal and protein stir all together.. refrigerate 1 hour then roll into balls and bam you have your protein dessert!
