BlueBerry Protien Pancakes
Blueberry protein pancake Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 Ripened Banana
First mix peanut butter in the microwave until melted
then add 2 scoops of protein and 1/2 cup of water or until you get pancake consistency
then add blueberries and egg whites and one ripened banana then mix until a creamy consistency.
put on griddle wait until you can completely put your spatula under the pancake it is usually 1 minute.
Enjoy with either a low sugar syrup or natural honey or even more nutter butter these are yummy, I have these when I am craving carbs hits the spot!
